All items in this catalog are chrome plated, unless otherwise indicated.

Returns

Material made to order is not refundable. All returns must receive an authorization number from Modular Hardware and must be made with 14 days of the receipt of material. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged to the customer with all shipping charges being prepaid.

Pricing

Due to the changing market conditions, a price list is not published. Written confirmation of telephone quotations is available on request and is valid for 45 days from the date of the quotation.

Freight

All orders are shipped F.O.B. warehouse.

Terms

2/10 net 30 to all rated firms. All other orders will be shipped C.O.D., prepaid, or paid with Mastercard, Visa, Discover and  American Express credit cards. In the event Modular Hardware takes any legal action o enforce its legal rights in connection with the sale and purchase or to collect any sums due therefrom, the Buyer shall pay all costs of any such action, including, but not limited to, a reasonable Attorney's fee on appeal. A minimum service charge of 1-1/2% per month will be assessed on all past due accounts. This service charge may be increased based upon current money and market conditions.
